The Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee has demanded imposition of President’s Rule in view of deteriorating administrative system and instability of the government in Delhi. Said that due to the war between Aam Aadmi Party and BJP over the transfer posting of administrative officers, an atmosphere of chaos has been created in Delhi. Instead of controlling the administrative system, Minister Saurabh Bhardwaj is threatening the officers for forced work.

He further said that this is the first incident in the history of Delhi. When the ministers of Delhi have staged a sit-in at the Lieutenant Governor’s residence for the transfer order of the Chief Secretary Services ex-officio administrative officers. State Congress President Chaudhary Anil Kumar said that the Delhi government should be dismissed. Kejriwal’s ministers are threatening the officers, even before that on February 19, 2018, the Chief Secretary was called for a meeting at the Chief Minister’s residence and assaulted. This matter is going on in the court.

Due to the dictatorial attitude, the officers are living in an atmosphere of fear. The people of Delhi are being ignored. Due to the inaction of the government, the administrative system in Delhi has deteriorated. That’s why President’s rule should be imposed in Delhi. The right to exercise constitutional powers should be exercised by the elected government only under the democratic system. But the Delhi government is working with a sense of vengeance. The real face has been exposed to the people of Delhi. 80 percent of their MLAs are facing criminal and other cases and more than 6 ministers were removed from the post due to corruption. While Satyendar Jain and Manish Sisodia are jailed for corruption worth crores of liquor scam.
